We are PNW CS TEACH, the
Pacific Northwest Equitable Computer Science Teaching Consortium
We are a community of teacher educators at colleges and universities across the Pacific Northwest who are committed to sustaining joyful, equitable pathways into K-12 computer science (CS) teaching.
Our mission is equitable, responsive, empowering CS literacy for all PNW youth.
We pursue this mission by…
Sharing ideas, materials, and resources with each other and programs across the world
Coordinating our programs across the region, ensuring smooth pathways between them
Listening to CS teacher needs, especially those on the margins
Working with CSTA chapters to support our alumni
Advocating in our states for equity-centered policy and budgets
See our progress in Year 1.
